SEVENTH DIMENSION consists of five members and plays progressive metal that dynamically spans from atmospheric elements to headbang-friendly metal.
Their music is filled with intricate passages and musical explorations. Among the band’s main influences are Dream Theater, Symphony X, Opeth, Porcupine Tree, Haken and more.
The band was formed in 2009 and includes its three founders: guitarist Luca Delle Fave, bassist Rikard Wallström, and drummer Marcus Thorén. They were later joined by vocalist Markus Tälth and keyboardist Erik Bauer. The band’s fifth and most recent album, Of Hope & Ordeals, was released in June 2024.
