Straight out of Amsterdam, Rose & The Bass is the funky alter ego of bassist Rosan Asmussen. After her debut An African Tale (recorded in Mozambique), she’s back with her second album Funkadelic. The funk of Prince, the slap bass of Marcus Miller, and Daft Punk-style synths with a wink to the ’80s.
