Heavy Metal
The Reel are an Italian heavy metal band formed in Varese in 2021.
In 2018, while playing bass and singing in the Varese sludge/progressive metal band “Athon”, Axel began writing new songs with the intention of exploring new sounds and developing his own artistic identity, laying the foundation for what would later become the Reel project.
In 2021, Axel left Athon to fully dedicate himself to the new project with Matthew, resulting in their first album, “In Each of Us”.
The band is currently working on the second part of “In Each of Us”.
