Formed in Brighton in 2024, Larlin blend raw emotion with razor-sharp production. Fronted by Sheffield-born songwriter and vocalist Maryann Hoar, their sound balances melancholic lyricism with a punchy alt-rock edge. The band also features producers Lewis Foord (Wet Leg, Kid Kapichi, Conor Maynard) and Cameron Nesbitt (Lovejoy, James Marriott, Luna Blue), whose diverse backgrounds bring depth and edge to the sound. It’s thoughtful, emotionally charged music with a restless energy. It’s music for overthinkers with volume knobs.
