After winning a songwriting contest in 2019 with the song Coming to the point - demo, Forever Now was officially formed. Although the band has undergone lineup changes, the current formation consists of Filip Grajek on vocals/rhythm guitar, Pontus Westberg on lead guitar, Henry Bergman-Paul on drums, and Gustav Jakobsson on bass.
The band was originally started by singer Filip Grajek and lead guitarist Pontus Westberg long before its official formation, as they wrote and played songs together at school. The songwriting contest marked a turning point, leading to various live performances on local radio stations.
After finalizing a steady lineup, the band immediately began recording and actively gigging around Sweden in 2022. This marked the transition from rehearsing to actually performing live in front of an audience. Since then, the band has played numerous gigs and released over 10 songs.
