Fenice is a singer-songwriter born in 2000 who is making her mark on the Italian and Swiss music scene
thanks to a unique combination of artistic sensitivity and a strong live attitude. Raised in the Locarno area and vocally and instrumentally trained between Ticino, Como (Conservatory) and Milan, she made her debut in February 2023 with the single “Mariposa.”
The track immediately enters prominent editorial playlists such as Novità Rap Italiano and Fresh Finds of
Spotify, also earning passages on Rai Radio 2 and Radio Italia Anni 60.
2023 also sees the release of “Testi Sad” and “Mathilda,” whose videoclips enter playlists
Vevo Newcomers and Emerging Women. February 2024 sees the arrival of “Haiku,” which gives Fenice
an important recognition, as she is selected as the MX3 (All for 1) artist of the month in April (the song will consequently go into rotation on all major national Helvetic pop radio stations).
This is followed by the singles “Bombe di Fiori,” “Monet,” and “Futomaki,” to the success of “Gocce di
Chanel,” which wins a place on the Top Hits Italy 2024 playlist.
Fenice is also a busker artist (Milan center in particular) and live par excellence: Piazza
Grande in Locarno, District 272 in Milan (finalist Sannolo festival 2024), but then always at
Milan also ArtMall, Arcibellezza, Bachelite cLab, Ostello Bello, Mare Culturale Urbano,
Santeria Paladini 8, Raster Festival and PLUG-MI, are among the main stages she has trodden.
Her songs, distributed initially by ADA Music and later by Altafonte Italy, combine deep and intimate lyrics with sounds ranging from pop to indie, confirming Fenice as one of the most promising voices on the contemporary scene.
