Death By Audio is a shoegaze/postpunk band from Rotterdam, blending dreamy textures with raw guitar-driven energy. Drawing influences from Slowdive, Interpol, and The Jesus & Mary Chain, the band creates a sound built on contrast and tension.
Formed in 2017, they’ve performed at venues such as Baroeg, Musicon, SoundVille, and Patronaat, played shows in Belgium and Germany, sharing the stage with acts like Ceremony (USA), The City Gates (CA) and Peel Dream Magazine (USA). Their 2025 album Unknown Places was recorded at the Kroepoekfabriek and mastered by Mark Gardener (Ride).
