DAVIES (1997) is an Amsterdam-based guitarist, producer and artist who creates groovy, dreamy songs rooted in modern day identity and self-doubt. Growing up with Indonesian and Dutch roots, he’s always lived between worlds, and often questioned where he truly fits. That search shapes his sound: warm, honest and built on harmony, rhythm and emotion.
On stage, he shows his ease and expressiveness on the guitar, while in the studio he’s become a trusted collaborator, producing for artists like Baby Panna, Ginge, Noa Lauryn and Maddy Moreah.
His new EP Crush Culture, made with Robyn Florence, arrives at the end of January. The project explores desire and blurred boundaries, moving between softness, tension and fantasy. The release show takes place on 20 January at Cinetol in Amsterdam.
Looking ahead, DAVIES is entering a more personal chapter. In 2026, he will step forward as a singer with his new album, bringing his storytelling and vulnerability to the front.
