For over 26 years, Damon Stuart has faithfully used the gifts the Lord placed on his life to lead people into His presence. His ministry journey began humbly as a worship leader in a small church in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. One of Damon’s favorite verses—“Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin” (Zechariah 4:10)—proved to be a prophetic declaration over his life and calling.
From the very beginning, Damon knew he was called to be more than just a worship leader—he was called to be a seeker of God’s presence. His passion is to lead people into an intimate place of worship that ushers them directly into the throne room of God. As Damon often says, “There is nothing better than being in the presence of the Lord.”
Damon’s call to ministry began in childhood. Raised by parents who are both pastors, he grew up surrounded by worship, biblical teaching, and the life of the local church. Music became a natural part of his life—taking piano lessons, participating in band, and singing in show choir—all without realizing that God was preparing him for future ministry. Over the years, Damon experienced the Father’s heart through moments of deep love, forgiveness, and miraculous encounters that would shape his life and ministry.
Throughout his ministry, Damon has traveled extensively across the U.S. and internationally as a worship leader, psalmist, and speaker. He has ministered on numerous Christian television and radio programs, always carrying a desire to bring people into deeper realms of God’s glory. In his services, the anointing and tangible presence of God are often evident.
As a preacher, Damon burns with a passion to see the Kingdom of God expanded across the nations. He longs to see the book of Acts become a living reality in today’s church. Whether through worship or teaching, Damon ministers with authority, allowing the Holy Spirit to move freely—transforming lives so they will never be the same again.
In addition to being a worship leader, Damon is a songwriter, composer, recording artist, author, speaker, and teacher. He currently serves as Worship and Media Pastor in Amarillo, Texas, and has taught a worship course series at Christian Life College in Mt. Prospect, Illinois. Damon is ordained through White Horse Christian Center and lives in Amarillo with his wife.
