BERTHAJU is a female-gaze indie rock artist from Rotterdam. Along with songs about old white men getting divorced, and how you should care less about what other people think, you can expect a full-on show with choreographies and a bass player breaking his legs while jumping.
In 2025, BERTHAJU is releasing her second self-written and produced EP, “Tickets To The Cinema”, coming October 24th. Diving even deeper into indie rock, the record radiates unapologetic female energy and celebrates independence in every sense. Alongside the digital release, BERTHAJU is excited to make her vinyl debut. Her upcoming EP will be available as a limited red vinyl edition.
After kicking off the year with a UK tour, BERTHAJU is now part of Popronde 2025, bringing her high-energy live show to stages across the Netherlands. Next up, she’s preparing for her first Germany tour, which kicks off in March 2026.
