北九州発スリーピースロックバンド・⽉追う彼⽅。
[Gt/Vo しほ] と[Ba/Cho かおり]の地元・⼩倉で結成後、
拠点を東京に移し、渋谷・下北沢を中⼼に全国を駆け巡りながら勢⼒的に活動中。
2025年1⽉にはパワフルなプレイが⽬を惹く[Dr/Cho ななみ]が加⼊し、ついに正式な３人組となった。
ルーツであるチャットモンチーを筆頭とした00年代邦ギターロックの遺伝⼦を継承しつつ、
新世代ならではのエネルギッシュさと哀愁漂うノスタルジーが交差す唯⼀無⼆の音楽性を結成当初から貫いている。
誰もが抱える日々の憂鬱や葛藤を唄いながら"寄り添い"、
キャッチーで温かいメロディとキレのあるロックサウンドで"背中を押す"。
そんな月追う彼方の楽曲に⾼熱量かつ巧妙なライブパフォーマンスが加わり、各地のサーキットイベントで入場規制が掛かるなどインディーズロックシーンでの勢いが現在進⾏形で急加速中。

A three-piece rock band from Kitakyushu, Tsuki Ou Kanata began in their hometown of Kokura with Shiho (Gt/Vo) and Kaori (Ba/Cho). After relocating to Tokyo, they have been performing energetically nationwide, centered around the Shibuya and Shimokitazawa live scenes. In January 2025, Nanami (Dr/Cho)—known for her powerful performance—joined the band, marking their arrival as a fully formed trio.
While inheriting the DNA of 2000s Japanese guitar rock, led by their roots in Chatmonchy, the band has stayed true to a unique musical identity that blends new-generation energy with a wistful sense of nostalgia since their formation.
Their songs “stay close” by singing about the everyday anxieties and struggles that everyone faces,
while catchy, warm melodies and sharp rock sound “push listeners forward.”
Combined with their high-energy and expertly crafted live performances, Tsuki Ou Kanata has continued to gain unstoppable momentum—drawing capacity-limit crowds at circuit events across Japan and accelerating rapidly within the indie rock scene.
