When:

Kristóf Hajós @ The Godown

Kristóf Hajós - Dutch, Hungarian singer and Nikos Stavlas - Greek pianist - team up for a night of jazz standards, pop songs in a jazz costume and other hummable tunes, giving it a queer twist.

Who thought Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra or Edith Piaf would fit on the same bill as The Cardigans, ABBA or Pulp?

They are welcoming you to this pre-Christmas concert, accompanied by Ádám Széky on double bass and Dylan McBride on drums.

Who: Kristóf Hajós

Indie Pop
Kristóf Hajós is an Amsterdam based Hungarian queer singer, lyricist and musician. His third album 6:00PM will be released digitally and on vinyl by Tiny Room Records (together with Hajós’ own imprint Bitterfly Music) on 13 February 2025. Approaching his semi-centenary, Kristóf turns to exploring what it means to grow older in the queer community. Growing up without older role models created a gap that shaped his perspective. In recent years, he has embraced a deeper understanding of the passage of time, which is reflected in his latest batch of songs.
